Reformer Pilates is the backbone of all of our workouts, and there’s a reason why this class is the first in our CORE series.

This class builds on the classics to challenge your fitness training and elevate your performance through advanced reformer Pilates flows. Refine your technique and remove all limitations for yourself during these Pilates classes! Recommended for intermediate/advanced clients. If you're unsure about your level, talk with one of our certified instructors. Safety is our top priority.

Join us every Wednesday evening from 7-8 pm on the lawn at University Place (in front of URBAN PILATES). First class is Wednesday, May 27th and runs through August! Bring your towel and peeps and enjoy a killer workout surrounded by the beautiful mountains.
